Guildford City Boxing Club is Guildford's best kept secret. Based in Surrey, UK, our traditional boxing gym has been teaching, training and showcasing amateur boxers since it started life in the 1920s (when we were known as the Onslow Lions). We welcome everyone, from absolute beginners to national champions. If you're looking for an authentic, challenging and safe boxing experience, you've found it.

About our club

We offer 'boxing for all' – for those who want to compete, for those who want to take on a new challenge, for those who want to learn the art and techniques of boxing and for those searching for an extreme workout. We offer beginner, competitive and non-contact workout sessions in our dedicated club near the centre of Guildford. Feel free to contact us if you want more information.

We run separate sessions based on ability and age groups. You can see the timetable below. Each session costs £5, and an annual club membership - costing £20 - is required from the second session onwards.
